Please Note:
Shipping, handling, and storage of exhibitor materials are not included in the registration fee. These arrangements and associated costs are the responsibility of the exhibitor. To arrange shipping or receive pricing information, please contact CES at: executivedirector@ces.bc.ca
Exhibitor Guidelines
Footprint Limits - Display items and marketing materials must remain within the tabletop footprint of 6 feet wide x 24 inches deep. Freestanding signage, pop-up displays, or materials placed on the floor surrounding the table are not permitted.
Height Restrictions - Tabletop displays should not exceed 3 feet in height.
Banners & Signage - Pull-up banners or backdrops must be positioned flat against the wall behind the exhibitor table and should not exceed 6 feet wide x 8 feet high.
Storage & Seating - Storage is permitted only beneath the skirted table provided. Items stored outside of designated areas may be removed by event decorators at the exhibitor’s expense. Each exhibitor space includes two chairs.
